Tamarind (Tamarindus indica) is a tropical tree which produces pod like fruit with edible pulp used as natural souring ingredient around the world. In Indian cuisine, Tamarind is used for flavouring for chutneys, curries, and the traditional sharbat drink. TRS tamarind whole is tamarind pod without the seeds and is from Indian origin.
