Shan Fruit Chaat Masala 50 Gram

INGREDIENT REQUIRED

• Chickpeas

  200g / 1 cup
  boil in 10 cups water for 2 hours then add 1 teaspoon baking soda and boil for 10 minutes

  

• Potatoes

  1 cup
  peeled, boiled and cubed

  

• Guava

  1 cup
  diced

  

• Grapes

  1 cup
  

  

• Mangoes

  1 cup
  peeled and diced

  

• Apple

  1 cup
  diced

  

• Banana

  1 cup
  peeled and diced

  

• Pomegranate seeds

  ½ cup
  

  

• Tamarind

  ½ cup
  

  

• Lemon Juice

  3-6 tablespoons
  

  

• Dates

  2-3
  soaked in water for 1 hour then make pulp
