How to cook MTR Masala Upma
Pan Cooking: Boil 500ml of water, add 200g Masala Upma mix add 1 1/2 tsp clarified butter or cooking oil, cook for 5-6 minutes. Add parboiled vegetables (green peas, cut beans, cut carrot), mix well. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
Microwave Cooking: Mix 200g MTR Upma masala mix with 500ml water in a microwave safe bowl, microwave at high power (900w) for 3 minutes. Add 1 1/2 tsp clarified butter or cooking oil, and parboiled vegetables (green peas, cut beans, cut carrot), mix well and again cook for another 3 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
